Inzwischen vergriffen, ist das Album, an welchem als einer der wechselnden Drummer Tatsuya Yoshida (Ruins, Koenji Hiakkei etc.) mitgearbeitet hatte, neu gemastert wiederveröffentlicht worden.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Dazwischen liegen Alben, welche auf seinem eigenen Imprint Nux Organization, Skin Graft aus Chicago, Jello Biafras Alternative Tentacles, oder dem Neurosis-Label Neurot erschienen sind. Die Einladung für Shellac nach Japan zieht zudem in Amerika die Zusammenarbeit mit Steve Albinis Trio als Superunit nach sich.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Nach «Last Nanosecond», einem 2002 in der Usine in Genf aufgenommenen und auf dem hauseigenen Label Urgence Disques erschienen Live-Album, hat Null für lange Zeit die Gitarre beiseite gelegt, um mit Power-Electronics tiefer in den Kosmos vorzudringen, während Tabata unter anderem als Bassist mit Acid Mother’s Temple & the Cosmic Inferno unterwegs war, dem Line Up mit zwei Drummern.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Nun steht also die Neu-Formation von Zeni Geva an, wobei das Glück gewollt hat, dass zusammen mit dem vielbeschäftigten Drummer Tatsuya Yoshida das Ur-Line Up von «Maximum Money Monster» wiedervereint wird. Three very different life paths for people who spent inseparably together the previous decade.\u003Cbr \u002F>\nBut Zu has always been an anomalous creature where the friendship bonds were the only real rule.\u003Cbr \u002F>\nSo at one point, Luca and Massimo chatted on Skype from 2 very distant parts of the world, and found themselves to be still quite close to each other and understood right away that there are still many things to be said and done together, and that the Zu trajectory had not ended at all. They both agreed that there is only one drummer they would really love to join forces with: Gabe Serbian.\u003Cbr \u002F>\nThey shared some Uk gigs and an ATP appearance with his band – The Locust – and his drumming did defentively impress them. By chance, The Locust were in an indefinitive hiatus too, so Gabe was immediately eager to join the band.
