In 1992, three brothers find a common goal: playing Guns n’ Roses songs like no one had ever played them before. Twenty years later, the brothers start working on their third album, when they get in touch with Richard Woodcraft. Known for his work with Radiohead, Last Shadow Puppets, Arctic Monkeys and Duffy, he flies over to help the boys out with defining sound and songs.
In 2013 Richard invites The Sedan Vault over to London RAK Studios, where the album Minutes to Midnight is recorded.
The result: ten powerful songs that combine indie and electro. Big choruses, analogue synths and upbeat drums inspired by songs of Noel Gallagher, Depeche Mode, Gorillaz and Jack White. But apart from these influences, The Sedan Vault sounds like no other band.
In the past, the group attracted a lot of attention at Eurosonic and played major festivals like Pukkelpop and Lowlands.
